Dear Lifestyle Reader,
I always look forward to summer because the Texas Hill
Country has the most beautiful weather, blue skies, puffy
clouds, and...golf. Golf at Comanche Trace does not get any
better. The comments we receive on our course condition
are outstanding, from folks who play on championship
courses nationwide. Our members know that our fairways
and greens are in the best condition every day.
Comanche Trace has opened its arms to hundreds of new residents. As I
mentioned last month, we currently have 14 custom homes under construction
and are anticipating approximately 29 new custom home starts this year and
early 2011. Many of those folks are joining the club now, so when they make
the move permanently to Kerrville they have a ready-made network of friends.
I am very excited about the direction our club is headed.
We look with great anticipation to
the coming year!
